On the right track: Does senior high school tracking matter?

چکیده

Instructional effects of tracking could have serious consequences for students and important implications educational policy practice. This study aimed to find out whether during senior high school matters when choosing a program in college. For this purpose, descriptive design was employed address the problem study. On other hand, due some problems which cannot be addressed quantitatively, there an element qualitative method that used conduct The findings revealed majority came from Academic Track, specifically General Strand. Students very satisfactory performance but they vary their grouped according track/strand. non-HUMMS strand believe subject alignment teacher education preparation are encountered already program. agreed is no longer factor
